Orders placed after 3 p.m. ship the next business day. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.
When you just can’t wait–we can get your products to you the next day. We offer Overnight Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 3 p.m. (EST). Orders placed after 1 p.m. ship the next business day. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required.
Priority International Mail: USPS Do not live in the U.S…? No problem! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout. All International orders ship via USPS. All International orders are subject to customs. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks (depending on customs). You will also be responsible for additional customs fees that may occur. Signature may be required upon delivery.
Natures Body Bar stands behind the products we sell. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional products on the market. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns* within 14 days of purchase.
We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund*. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a full Refund if you decide you don’t want the item, it didn’t meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item unopened for a refund, and then purchase another item.
HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN

Returns will be processed during normal business Mon-Fri 9am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
*Only two Refunds are allowed per year without a restocking fee. All additional Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
